This week, I chose to paint what I wanted without any theme. It turns out that included animals and our friends’ little girl, who is two and the sweetest. Take a look!
This time of year is when the BIG Bumblebees come out, and I honestly could sit and watch them all day. Their bodies are definitely too heavy for those little wings. Add the pollen, and you’ve got a Bumblebee that seems to not be able to fly without taking some dips every so often.
Our best friends’ youngest daughter is Murphy, but we call each other “Missy.” She’s got a big crush on Jordan, and she can’t help but shyly smile when he’s around. This painting is from a picture I took as her mom and I were in the kitchen. I looked over, and she was happily sitting with her head resting in her hands. It’s the cutest picture.
