Sometimes, insignificant things can really boost your mood. I’m learning that a bold color and straying from my strict white-linens-only rule make life fun and bring a space to life. They might be insignificant in the grand scheme of things, but it’s fun to experiment with new things in life, no matter how small!
I’m currently reading the series The Unselected Journals of Emma M. Lion. These books are relatively short, easy to read, and if you read physical books, each book is a different bold color. Perfect for your bookshelf and color coordinating. I am now on the third book, and in every book I’ve been on, I’ve taken a picture of it because the colors are so fun!

Recently, I started treating myself to a homemade iced Matcha. I’m a big tea drinker, but I don’t drink coffee because it makes my stomach feel weird, and the caffeine makes me feel jittery. One of my friends encouraged me to try Matcha because the caffeine is gentler. Since she made me an iced Matcha, I ordered my own setup so I can treat myself to a yummy drink every so often. A little honey and cashew milk make it a chef’s kiss!

I just splurged and purchased Geometry tea towels. I only got one because I wanted to try it out. But I also got a set of washcloths. They have great absorbency, and I’ve noticed they don’t smell like my other towels do when it’s time to wash them. The prints are modern and super cute. They are microfiber, and I have been told that they have recycled plastic in them, so if you are a person who grabs your dish towel for a hot pad to get stuff out of the oven or hold onto the handle of a pan, you’ll want to be careful, as these will melt. But I love them. They have such cute patterns! The weight is good, they are large, and they wash up nicely.
